I am an orthodontist, author, speaker, and co-founder/CEO of Significance Orthodontics, which I started with my husband, periodontist Dr. Allen Huang. Together, we’ve built one of Las Vegas’ leading interdisciplinary specialty practices with locations dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles for kids, teens, and adults.

Over the past two decades, I’ve helped over fifteen thousands of patients transform their smiles and their confidence. Most of our new patients come from word-of-mouth referrals, 1200+ 5-star Google reviews, and recommendations from local dentists and physicians who trust us with their own families. My passion is making orthodontic care easy, fun, and predictable. Every patient receives a customized treatment plan so they feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their new “Superstar Smile.”

I am currently an Executive MBA candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. I bring that same mindset of innovation, leadership, and systems thinking into our practice to continually improve the patient and parent experience. At home, I’m also a proud Stanford mom to my daughters, Angelina and Cameron, whose dedication to academics, golf, and community work inspires me every day.

Away From the Office

When I’m not in the office transforming smiles, I’m back in school myself as an Executive MBA candidate at Wharton and cheering on my two “nerd nation” daughters at Stanford University. I’m passionate about my practices, my patients, my family, and-of course-a beautiful glass of wine.

I am a Certified High-Performance Coach (CHPC) and love helping people reach higher levels of performance in every area of their lives. I also hold the WSET Level 2 & 3 Awards in Wines and am a Bordeaux Master with the Wine Scholar Guild. Creativity is my happy place: I’m a certified florist who enjoys designing floral arrangements for holidays and special gatherings. I’m also committed to continually building my own financial literacy and empowering the next generation to be smart and confident with money.

One of my favorite rituals every year is going to the Big Game (Stanford vs. UC Berkeley) and screaming in the stadium like a true Stanford mom next to my husband. We’re also loyal Las Vegas Raiders fans-give us football, good food, and family time, and that’s our perfect weekend.

Outside our Las Vegas orthodontic offices, you’ll usually find me reading, wine tasting, traveling, golfing, arranging flowers, watching Stanford and Raiders football, or dreaming up new ideas. Most of all, I treasure time with my husband and our two beautiful daughters.
